Q: How do your warrantees work ?
A: Second hand parts receive a three month warrantee. Reconditioned parts have an extended warrantee for up to two years. Your warrantee is clearly stated on your invoice from us. If you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact us.
Q: How do you deliver the orders?
A: Small parts complying with Australia Post regulations are shipped on the same day if the order is received in the morning. Large parts are dispatched by the most economical means or as stipulated by you. Overseas orders are handled as economically as possible. Obviously weight and size of orders will vary our forwarding methods.
Q: How do I ensure that my private details are secure?

A: Yes! In addition to our warrantee structure we are happy to answer any questions you may have or assists with any reasonable problems when you contact us.
Q: What are the methods of payment?
A: You may pay by selected credit cards, cash or cheque. Please note that, unless prior arrangements have been made, all payments have to be recieved in full before parts are shipped.
Q: What about shipping insurance?
General terms offered by the carrier apply. For large parts we strongly recoment you contact us first to make apropriate arrangements.
